460 Communications has been working alongside the team at RealtyServer to deliver unique, quality Listing Templates for REALTORS® using the Xposure™ platform. Once licensed, every agent is provided with a personalized template which can be incorporated into the various aspects of the agent's online presence. These can then be custom branded and designed specifically for each agent, using imagery and colours that complement their branding and overall look and feel.
($325 Design + $100 for programming fees)
One of the most visible elements of the Xposure™ user experience, we customize the designs to match each agent’s existing branding, and make sure that the layouts look great on all screen sizes.
CMA Gateway, Listings Gateway, and Private Client Services™ (PCS™)
Each of the 3 cover pages require 2 images for the differing screen sizes, so 6 files will be provided to the agent or brokerage to upload.
Note: this estimated pricing is for one common background image, with a unique title for the 3 different cover pages. Each cover page can be 100% uniquiely designed upon request, and additional design time to customize all 3 cover pages will be charged at $80 per hr.
An agent can personalize the CMA that Xposure™ generates for clients, by having us design a unique Word file to upload. The customization includes a cover page, and font and colour changes within the document to match existing branding.
Note: This document can be customized more extensively upon request and additional work will be charged at our hourly rate for Xposure™ items.
